LOCATION: Near Hill Devil State Park, Saint Juniper
ESTABLISHED: c. 1990s (alleged)
STATUS: Disputed; facility status unconfirmed
Saint Juniper Research Campus is an alleged research facility that, according to activist organization The Bloc, operates covertly in the forested areas near Hill Devil State Park outside Saint Juniper. The facility gained public attention in the early 2000s following a security breach and the escape of a research subject designated G-304 (known as "G*BOY").

Overview
The Saint Juniper Research Campus came to public attention through the investigative efforts of The Bloc, an activist organization that alleges the facility conducts unauthorized human experimentation. According to The Bloc, the facility has operated since the 1990s under the direction of the Miter Corporation, conducting research programs they characterize as unethical and potentially illegal.
The facility's existence was largely unknown until the early 2000s, when a major security breach and the escape of research subject G-304 drew media coverage. Security footage released by The Bloc showed what appeared to be a large brutalist concrete structure in a forested setting, along with evidence of significant structural damage during the escape incident.
Neither Miter Corporation nor local authorities have issued official statements confirming or denying the facility's existence or operational status.
Allegations and claims
Research programs
According to materials released by The Bloc, the facility allegedly conducted experimental research programs on human subjects. The organization claims these programs involved perceptual isolation, sensory deprivation, and what they describe as "gravitational entrainment" experiments. The Bloc alleges that subjects—many of whom they claim were recruited as children—were held in specialized containment areas and subjected to various experimental protocols.
These allegations have not been independently verified, and no governmental investigation has been publicly announced.
Organizational structure
The Bloc's documentation suggests the facility was originally established as an independent research operation before allegedly partnering with Miter Corporation in the mid-1990s. According to their materials, an individual identified as Dr. E. Kerr served as an early director, with Dr. Ravel later assuming administrative responsibilities.
The security breach
In the early 2000s, a major security incident occurred at the alleged facility location. Security footage released by The Bloc showed significant structural damage and what appeared to be a facility-wide power failure. The incident coincided with the escape of G-304, a research subject whose existence was previously unknown to the public.
Following the breach, Dr. Ravel appeared in a video transmission announcing that G-304 had been located and that recovery operations were underway. This transmission was interrupted by Z*L1NE of The Bloc, who delivered a counter-message. The incident brought significant attention to The Bloc's allegations about the facility.
Current status
The current operational status of the facility remains unclear. The Bloc claims that following the security breach, visible surface structures were abandoned and operations relocated to underground locations. However, these claims cannot be independently confirmed. No official statements regarding facility closure or ongoing operations have been issued by Miter Corporation or other parties.
